Membership in this coalition is predicated on agreeing to the following points of unity:

1. The categorical rejection of the use of torture, including so-called "safe-torture", "enhanced interrogation techniques", "torture light" and any other names by which it may be known.

2. The unequivocal rejection of the role of any and all health professionals and clinicians in the torture project.

3. No person, organization, country, nation state, or non-state actors are exempt from the prohibition of the use of torture.
